Ally Healths is operated by Milberry Trading Co., Ltd. ("we","us"), registered in Thailand. This policy applies to the Ally Healths mobile app and related services. By using the app you agree to this policy.

• Account info: name, email address, password
• Body data: age, gender, height, weight, weight goals
• Food & nutrition logs (manual or AI scan)
• Water intake records
• Intermittent fasting schedules and logs
• Optional: health symptoms and focus areas

• App usage patterns and session duration
• Device type and OS version
• Crash reports and performance diagnostics
• Subscription and purchase status via RevenueCat / Apple

From Apple HealthKit (with your permission)

• Step count, walking distance
• Active energy burned, basal metabolic rate
• Workout and activity records
• We write back: calories, protein, carbs, fat, water intake

Camera & photos

• Images for AI food scanning are sent to Google Gemini and not stored on our servers after analysis

3. How We Use Your Information

• Provide, personalize, and improve the app
• Calculate calorie targets, macros, and health scores
• Process subscriptions via RevenueCat and Apple
• Send relevant in-app notifications (with your permission)
• Diagnose technical issues and improve stability
• Comply with legal obligations

4. AI-Powered Features

Food image scanning uses Google Gemini API. Images are sent to Google under their Privacy Policy and deleted after analysis. AI estimates are approximations — consult a healthcare professional for medical decisions.

5. Data Sharing & Third Parties

• Supabase — database and authentication

• Apple Inc. — App Store, HealthKit, in-app purchases

6. HealthKit Data

HealthKit data is used solely to provide app features. We never share HealthKit data for advertising, market research, or sell it — compliant with Apple's HealthKit guidelines.

7. Data Retention & Deletion

We retain data while your account is active. Request deletion by email — we will remove your data within 30 days except where law requires otherwise.

8. Children's Privacy

Ally Healths is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.

9. Security

We use HTTPS/TLS encryption and Supabase authentication. No transmission is 100% secure but we take all reasonable steps to protect your data.

10. Your Rights

You may request: access, correction, deletion, objection to processing, and data portability. Contact us below.

By using Ally Healths you agree to these Terms between you and Milberry Trading Co., Ltd. If you access via Apple App Store you also agree to Apple's terms.

2. Service Description

Ally Healths provides AI food scanning, nutrition logging, water tracking, IF timer, HealthKit integration, weekly reports, and premium features via subscription.

3. User Accounts

You must be at least 13 years old. Provide accurate information, keep credentials confidential, and notify us of any unauthorized use.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to: use the app for unlawful purposes; reverse engineer or decompile the app; transmit malicious code; scrape data without consent; impersonate any person; interfere with app infrastructure.

5. AI Disclaimer

Nutritional estimates are approximations only. We are not liable for health decisions based on AI estimates. Consult a qualified professional for medical advice.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, code, and AI models are owned by or licensed to Milberry Trading Co., Ltd. You receive a limited, personal, non-transferable license for personal use only.

7. Subscriptions

Premium features are via auto-renewing subscriptions through Apple's App Store. See our Subscription Terms.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The app is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Milberry Trading Co., Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from use of the app.

10. Apple Notice

These Terms are between you and Milberry Trading Co., Ltd. only. Apple is not responsible for the app. Refund requests are handled by Apple directly.

11. Governing Law

Governed by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Disputes subject to exclusive jurisdiction of Thai courts.

Prices in Thai Baht. Regional pricing may vary per Apple's App Store tiers.

2. Premium Features

• Unlimited AI food scans per day
• Deep nutritional analysis (sodium, sugar, vitamins)
• Weekly health reports with shareable graphics
• IF timer with custom windows
• Bio-Hack Insights (brain, skin, gut)
• Chat with Ally AI
• Change health goal and focus area anytime

Free users receive up to 3 AI scans/day and basic calorie tracking.

3. Free Trial

If not cancelled before trial ends, you will be charged automatically.

4. Billing & Auto-Renewal

Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. Payment charged to your Apple ID. Manage via Apple ID settings.

5. Cancellation

Cancel via: iPhone Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → Ally Healths. Access continues until end of current period. No partial refunds.

6. Refunds

All payments processed by Apple. Submit refund requests at reportaproblem.apple.com. Refunds at Apple's sole discretion.

7. Price Changes

We will notify you at least 30 days before any price change. Continued use constitutes acceptance.

8. Personal Use Only

Subscriptions are for individual personal use only and may not be shared.
